C51E engine room line
SA underbody line
This line has large cycle transport mode of roller bed GEO pallet. The whole line could achieve synchronous transmission, single station cycle time is 68s, GEO pallet has windmill switchover structure that could achieve switchover of 4-6 vehicle types, the underbody line includes 47 stations in total.
M20 floor line
This line has synchronous shuttle conveyor, 9 stations with 4 robots for re-welding. In this line, the floor assembly is transported to main line by AFM.
GM308 floor line and mainline
There are 9 stations in total with synchronous lifting electric shuttle.
C51E floor re-welding line
This line has a total of 9 stations and 15 robots. This line includes function of windmill structure switchover, gluing, automatic handling, robot welding etc.
